32 | The investigation revealed the following:
Allegation: Staff threatened a resident in care. It is being alleged that a staff member has threatened to physically hurt a resident. On 05/07/26, the department conducted interviews with S1-S5. Of those interviewed, 5 out of 5 staff denied the allegation. 5 out of 5 staff said they treat all residents with dignity and respect.
On 05/07/26, the department conducted interviews with R2-R6, and attempted to interview R1, but they were not in the facility. Of those interviewed, 5 out of 5 residents could not corroborate the allegation. 5 out of 5 residents said staff treat them with dignity and respect, and that they feel safe in this facility.
Based on observation, and interviews conducted, there is insufficient evidence to support the allegation. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated.
